英語的主要方言在語音上有著相當(dāng)明顯的差別，拼寫的差別則較小。一般人們以一些學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)的辭書作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語，例如《牛津英語詞典》等。
四下英語Unit1《Animalsonthefarm》
【教材理解】本單元的主要內(nèi)容是 Animals on the Farm，主要涉及學(xué)生們常見的小動物的單詞及其特征和相關(guān)的日常用語，本課把第一單元中部分單詞和句型整理在一起，和學(xué)生一起鞏固練習(xí)，通過本課的復(fù)習(xí)，使學(xué)生能熟練運用農(nóng)場重點動物類單詞并能夠?qū)λ麄兡茏鍪裁催M(jìn)行問答，使學(xué)生對英語有好奇心，能交流簡單的信息，表達(dá)簡單的情感和感覺。能夠在老師的幫助下創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，進(jìn)行角色表演。
【學(xué)情簡介】本節(jié)課的教學(xué)對象是三年級學(xué)生。這一年齡段的學(xué)生仍然具備低年級學(xué)生的特點，形象思維占優(yōu)勢，活潑好動，喜歡表現(xiàn)。同時，他們經(jīng)過近一年的英語學(xué)習(xí)，已經(jīng)具備一定的英語認(rèn)讀聽說能力；本課時的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是對本單元學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的全面復(fù)習(xí)，通過本節(jié)課使學(xué)生熟練系統(tǒng)的掌握農(nóng)場里的動物單詞和交際用語，進(jìn)一步發(fā)展學(xué)生對所學(xué)話題的語言表達(dá)能力。
【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】
（一）知識與技能目標(biāo)：
1.能正確地聽、說、讀、寫農(nóng)場中的動物單詞 duck，pig，cow，cat， dog，sheep， bird，horse。
2.能綜合運用所學(xué)的語句進(jìn)行交際。 — What’s this? — It’s a …—Can it …? Yes, it can/ No, it can’t.
—What can you do? I can… —Can you …? Yes, I can. /No, I can’t.
3.通過活動培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能夠運用所復(fù)習(xí)的詞匯和句子來正確表 達(dá)周圍的具體實物。
（二）情感態(tài)度目標(biāo)：
在任務(wù)中，促使學(xué)生積極運用所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行表達(dá)與交流,學(xué)會熱愛并保護(hù)小動物。
（三）學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)：
通過小組合作、討論，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語思維及團(tuán)結(jié)互助學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣。

能夠運用所復(fù)習(xí)的詞匯來正確表達(dá)自己喜歡的動物以及運用所復(fù)習(xí)的句型進(jìn)行語言交際。

Step1: Class Opening

T: Let’s sing a song, Old McDonald, OK?

設(shè)計意圖：營造活躍輕松的課前氣氛， 使學(xué)生帶著積極的心態(tài)投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去，英文歌曲也為下面的復(fù)習(xí)做鋪墊。
Step 2: New Concepts
1.Show the animals.
T: Do you want to visit Old McDonald? Now, let’ s go to his farm. （課件出示 Old McDonald 圖片和農(nóng)場里的動物們。）
T: Look! Old McDonald is coming! Say hello to him.
Ss: Hello, McDonald!
T: Look! There are a lot of animals on his farm, what are t hese?
2. Ask and answer to review the animals.
T: What’s this?
Ss: It’s a chicken/duck/pig…
3. Practice in pairs and present the dialogues. What’s this? It’s a…
4. Play games What’s missing? Match the animals and the pictures.
5. Take out the text paper and finish number.
設(shè)計意圖：這幾個步驟，通過課件給學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)去農(nóng)場參觀的情境， 自然引入到本課的`復(fù)習(xí)中；通過學(xué)生認(rèn)讀，師生對話，同桌互練，做 游戲和完成練習(xí)題一等活動方式， 扎扎實實的進(jìn)行動物單詞的聽、 說、 讀、寫訓(xùn)練，幫助學(xué)生鞏固已學(xué)知識。
Step 3: Practice and Extension
1. Play a game Let’s do it. (教師出示英語單詞卡片，學(xué)生起立，做錯動作的學(xué)生坐下。看有幾個學(xué)生留到最后。教師可以找部分學(xué)生到前面來做.) swim/fly/dance/sing/…
設(shè)計意圖：通過看卡片做動作，讓學(xué)生動起來，使他們在玩中復(fù)習(xí) 這些動詞短語，最后勝利的學(xué)生還有機(jī)會優(yōu)先參加下一個游戲，競爭機(jī)制對學(xué)生也是一種激勵和鼓勵。
2. Ask and answer : You’re very good, now let’s look at the animals, what can they do?
T: What’s this?
Ss: It’s a chicken.
T: Can a chicken fly?
Ss: Yes, it can./No, it can’t. 板書：---Can a chicken fly? Yes, it can/No, it can’t.

設(shè)計意圖：這幾個步驟設(shè)計的目的是從短語到句子，即部分到整體 循序漸進(jìn)，創(chuàng)設(shè)真實的語言情境，讓學(xué)生把復(fù)習(xí)過的動物和句型整合 在一起， 以對話形式展示學(xué)生綜合表達(dá)的能力， 同時， 完成練習(xí)題二， 在學(xué)生能用英語對話的基礎(chǔ)上又考察了學(xué)生認(rèn)讀句子的能力。
