Ⅰ.教學準備
1．教師：準備錄音機、磁帶、多媒體課件，搜集一些球類及球拍的圖片，收集課文中所涉及的或學生常見的球類運動器材或有關的教學幻燈片或圖片；制作1a部分的插圖和人物對話的課件，將聽力部分的內容插入，通過詢問對方的所屬以及回答來引入新課，以及與球類有關的故事。
2．學生：搜集自己所了解的或曾經見過的球類運動器材的名稱，并通過詢問老師、同學或上網查詢的方 式了解有關球類的歷史故事。

1．充分調動學生學習英語的積極性，激發學生學習英語的興趣。
2．教給學生學習英語的方法和技巧。
3．使學生了解一些球類運動，引導學生熱愛體育運動。
4．學習本課的知識點：

Step 1：Greetings and talking
教師鼓勵學生采用多種方式自由交際，創設濃厚的英語學習氛圍，給學生以語言實踐的機會。
建議1：師生問答：教師可以詢問學生一些個人信息。
T：Hello，I'm Miss Ma.Nice to meet you!
S1：Nice to meet you!
T：What's your name?
S1：My name is...
T：How are you?
S1：I am fine.Thank you.
T：What's your telephone number?
S1：It's...
T：Do you have a friend?
S1：Yes，I do.

建議2：學生之間就教室內的物品進行交談。
A：Where is your ruler?
B：It's under the chair.
A：Where is his pencil?
B：It's in his schoolbag.
建議3：學生描述一下自己的房間。學生把自己的房間布局畫在紙上，并通過投影進行詳細的介紹。
For example：

Step 2：Leadin
建議1：利用圖片導入：出示一些球類的圖片。然后教師根據圖片向學生提出問題，導入本課要學習的新詞匯。
For example：
(The teacher shows the picture of a basketball to the class.)
T：What's this in English?
Ss：It's a basketball.
T：How do you spell it?
Ss：BASKETBALL.
The teacher shows the st udents other objects.Teach “tennis ball，pingpong bat，soccer ball，volleyball，baseball，baseball bat” in the same way.
The students ask and answer in pairs with these things.
建議2：教學一些球類運動器材名詞，教師拿出一個足球或出示圖片進行演示：
T：I have a football.Do I have a football？(自己回答)
T：Yes，I do.Do I have a basketball？(自己回答)
T：No，I don't.
再使用其他物體詢問學生：
T：Do I have...?
S：...
詢問學生：
T：Do you have a volleyball?
S：No，I don 't.
詢問學生：
T：Do they have a soccer ball?
S：Yes，they do.
建議3：利用表格導入：教師讓學生課前先做一個調查，同學們分別有些什么球，從而導入本 課 要學習的語言項目“Do you have a soccer ball？”

T：Before this lesson，I asked you to do a project about filling in the chart because we want to have a ball game.But we don't know what kind of balls you have.Please ask your classmates in the group what balls he/she has.Then write down the information in the chart.
The teacher asks some students some questions.
First point to a student in the chart who has a tennis.
T：Do you have a tennis?
S：Yes，I do.
Second p oint to another student in the classroom.
T：Do you have a tennis?
S：Yes，I do.
Third point to Li Hong in the classroom who has a pingpong ball，but no tennis.
T：Do you have a tennis?
S：No，I don't.
T：Do you have a pingpong ball?
S：Yes，I do.
T：Today we are going to learn how to talk about ownership and make suggestions.
Step 3：Present the new words
建議1：學生看課本1a的圖片，將單詞與圖中物品配對。
The students look at the words in 1a and match the words with the things in the picture.
Ask one student to show the answers and check them.
建議2：教師做出打各種球的姿勢，讓 學生猜測是哪種球，并學習表示球的詞匯。
Step 4：Practice the new words
建議1：教師讓學生聽1a部分的錄音，通過聽力訓練操練所學的新單詞。
具體操作建議：第一遍讓學生只是聽，第二遍讓學生聽并跟讀，然后教師讓學生進行操練，先讓學生齊讀，然后把學生分成組齊讀，最后讓學生單個讀。通過這種從整體到部分再到個體的機械操練讓學生熟練掌握本課所學詞匯。
建議2：1.教師在黑板上畫半個圓，讓學生猜是什么球？通過這種方式來練習運用所學的球類單詞。
S1：Is it a basketball?
T：No，it isn't.
S2：Is it a soccer ball?
T：Yes，it is.
2．采用做游戲“吹牛皮”讓學生練習所學的新單詞和關于have的陳述句。
The students make the sentences with：
I have ____________.
You have ____________.
They have ____________.
My parents have ____________.
Step 5：Task
1．兩個好朋友正在看球賽，他們非常熱愛體育運動，然后問學生：想知道他們都有哪些運動器材嗎？讓學生聽1b部分錄音并圈出所聽到的單詞，并能畫出相應的圖片。
2．讓學生跟讀1b的聽力材料，然后讓學生分角色操練1b部分的對話，學會運用助動詞do進行問答，可采用師生互動帶動學生互動的交流方式：
Do you have...？Yes，I do./No，I don't.
Step 6：Present the new sentences
建議1：利用猜謎游戲呈現本單元核心語言項目“Do you have a soccer ball？”。
教師利用多媒體出示一幅被蓋著的球類圖片，然后介紹說：“I have a ball.Can you guess what it is？”可以激發學生學習英語的'興趣。
For example：
T：Let's play a guessing game.Look at the picture.This is a ball.I have this ball，but most part of it is covered.We can't see it.What kind of ball is it？Can you guess?
S1：It's a soccer ball.
S2：It's a basketball.
T：Yes it's a basketball.Do you have a basketball?
S2：...
建議2：
利用表格呈現本單元語言項目“Do you have a soccer ball？”。
教師出示一個表格，然后介紹這是自己的體育收藏，讓一名學生問：Do you have a baseball？”。
For example：
S1：Do you have a baseball?
T：Yes，I do.
S2：Do you have a baseball bat?
T：No，I don't.
Step 7：Practice the new sentences
1．讓學生練習1c的對話。
建議教師先讓學生齊讀，然后把全班分成兩個角色來練習對話，最后讓學生兩人一組表演對話，這樣由集體到部分的操練，目的是鼓勵學生人人開口，增強他們說英語的信心，培養他們學英語的興趣，也有利于教師檢查學生對新材料的掌握情況，為下一步的有意義操練和交際性操練作好準備。
2．教師創設情景讓學生與同伴編寫對話，并讓學生分角色向其他同學展示他們所編的對話。
3．教師可在本部分向學生講解have的一般現在時的用法及do引導的一般疑問句。
Step 8：Task
在練習完1c部分的對話之后，教師要給學生出示新的任務來進一步操練和鞏固句型。
建議1：讓一個學生扮演小記者拿著麥克風詢問其他同學的體育收藏。
For example：
S1：I'm a reporter.May I ask you some questions?
S2：Certainly.
S1：Do you have a tennis ball?
S2：...
S1：Do you have a tennis bat?
S2：...
建議2：學生通過對話來完成調查。
T：Make a survey about “What kind of balls do the students have？” We want to have a ball game.But we don't know what kind of balls you have.Please ask your classmates in the group what balls he/she has.Then write down the information in the chart.

Step 9：Summary
本課我們主要學習了tennis，ball，pingpong，bat，soccer，soccer ball，volleyball，basketball等與球類名稱有關的單詞。重點學習了“Do you have a soccer ball？”和“I have a baseball.”這兩個句型。在下節課的學習中我們會繼續使用這兩個句型進行語言交際。
Step 10：Homework
1．根據1c自編三組對話。
2．收集你所知道的球類單詞，向老師、同學、家長詢問或上網查詢了解各種運動的競賽方法，可以制作一張匯總表。
3．讓學生思考“Does she/he have...？”的用法。

動詞have意為“有”，表示擁有關系，有人稱和數的變化(用于主語是I，we，you，they或名詞復數時)。如：
My parents have a computer.我父母有一臺電腦。
I have an English book.我有一本英語書。
have的否定式是don't have。如：
We don't have a house.我們沒有房子。
動詞have作“有”講時，是行為動詞，變為一般疑問句時借助助動詞do，其簡略答語中也用do。如：
—Do you have a volleyball？你有排球嗎？
—Yes，I do.是的，我有。
