　　According to the advertisement ,your position requires top university,Bachelor or above in Computer Science or equivalent field and proficient in Windows NT4.0 and LINUX System. I feel that I am competent to meet the requirements. I will be graduating from Graduate School of Tsinghua University this year with a M.S. degree . My studies have included courses in computer control and management and I designed a control simulation system developed with Microsoft Visual InterDev and SQL Server.

　　一、日期低于聯系方式兩行，靠右邊；提要低于日期一行，靠左邊。在英文求職信中，日期靠左邊/右邊，提要低于日期兩行，靠右邊。

　　二、能夠用對方的姓名直呼對方最好，因為人們都是喜歡別人稱呼自己的名字。所以，想辦法去弄清楚面試負責人的姓名和性別。如果不能，你可以使用“尊敬的雇主”或干脆用“早上好”比起用“尊敬的先生或女士”要親切地多。

　　三、想盡一切辦法，讓求職信的第一句話就抓住閱讀者，讓他能認真地讀你的個人簡歷。使對方感興趣的金科玉律是：從對方的利益出發，為對方的利益服務。

　　四、把你的基本技能、成績、以及別人對你以往業績的評價介紹給雇主，對你的工作經歷加以概括，如：“在某公司擔任會計工作期間，取得了如下成績：xxx”如果你的求職信不包括簡歷，那么長度不應超過六段。

　　五、向對方致謝，感謝其花時間閱讀你的求職簡歷、求職自薦書之類的材料，并考慮與你面談；告訴對方你會在xx時間打電話詢問材料是否安全抵達和安排時間面試事宜。即使你打電話問知的結果不盡如人意，但總比你一直等待一個永遠不會打來的電話要好。

　　六、常見的結束語有“此致、敬禮”、“順頌商安”等。其下是你的簽名，字跡不可潦草模糊。如果在聯系方式中你沒有署名，那么在你的簽名下應該打印上你的名字，以確保對方能清晰辨認。
