　　電視對(duì)孩子的影響

　　With the rapid development of modernization, television becomes a necessity in every house. Recently, a research shows that 95% of children form the habit of watching TV for long hours every day, which makes teachers and parents panic, because watching TV for long hours may have very negative effects on the children.

　　The bad influence of watching TV for long hours covers the following points. First of all, there are a lot of illegal programs which may lead the children to the wrong way or form the wrong values. Secondly, with plenty of series to choose from, children become less interested in taking exercises. TV has kept children indoor while they should spend time playing outside. Thirdly, the excessive watching TV can lower the children’s ability to study.

　　Undoubtedly, it is high time that parents should help the children to deal with the relation with the TV. Also, children ought to do some creative things like reading, singing, painting, and running instead of sitting in front of the TV all day long.

　　看電視的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，影響包括以下幾點(diǎn)。首先，有很多非法的`節(jié)目可能會(huì)引導(dǎo)孩子走向歧途或者形成錯(cuò)誤的價(jià)值觀。其次，有太多的電視劇來選擇，兒童變得對(duì)練習(xí)不那么感興趣了。當(dāng)他們應(yīng)該花時(shí)間在外面玩的時(shí)候電視卻讓兒童一直留在室內(nèi)。第三，過度看電視會(huì)降低孩子的學(xué)習(xí)能力。

　　毫無疑問，父母是時(shí)候應(yīng)該幫助孩子處理好與電視的關(guān)系了。同時(shí)，孩子們也應(yīng)該做一些有創(chuàng)意的事情，像閱讀、唱歌、繪畫，而不是整天坐在電視機(jī)前。

　　Nowadays, more and more people prefer to travel quite often.By traveling, we not only can relax ourselves but also broaden our knowledge circles.From my aspect, I think we can make many friends and travel with them.

　　Firstly, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax ourselves.For modern life, we are busy with our work with high pressure.However, when we travel, we will be attracted by great landscape and forget pressure from both work and life.

　　Secondly, we can make friends by traveling.For most travelers, they tend to find many companions to travel with.If you check the internet, you will find that some people will call others to join them for travel.Through this kind of travel, we can meet many different people and make friends with them to broaden our social circle.

　　Thirdly, we can learn much knowledge form travel.Before you go to somewhere to travel, generally, you need to make plans for your travel.You can find lots of things you don’t know when you make a plan, such as, the origin of a certain area, the customs of different areas, local food and so on.

　　In conclusion, we can not only relax ourselves and make new friends but at the same time we can learn much from travel.

　　現(xiàn)在，越來越多的人會(huì)經(jīng)常去旅游。通過旅游，我們不僅能夠放松自己，并且也能開闊我們的視野。在我看來，我們可以在旅游中結(jié)識(shí)到新朋友和他們結(jié)伴同行。
