英語作文篇1

　　準(zhǔn)備已久的英語競賽終于來臨了。

　　周五下午4：45，僅剩5分鐘的時候，我們班的16名代表都還在認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)背書。臨陣磨槍，不快也光。

　　時間飛快流逝，到了4：50，同學(xué)們迅速排好隊(duì)到百人會議室集合。大家一走進(jìn)百人會議室，緊張感就突如其來，不停在1到6單元之間反復(fù)背誦，感覺好像第一輪上場的是自己一樣！

　　比賽題目分三種類型：1挖空填詞。別看這題簡單，實(shí)際上挺殘酷，每隊(duì)8名選手參加，錯的人直接淘汰下臺。2搶答接龍。分兩個題型，一是給上句接下句，二是連詞成句；答錯扣1分，答對加一分。搶答題要按搶拍器，挺有趣，也考驗(yàn)反應(yīng)速度，也是8名選手參加，其中包括我。3課文接龍，就是接龍背誦課文。這是難度最大的一個項(xiàng)目，每個班只派兩名同學(xué)參賽。

　　主持人一上臺，我就馬上冒冷汗，偷偷問周圍的同學(xué)緊不緊張，都緊張得說不出話，只是點(diǎn)頭。摸摸她們的手，手心也全是汗。會議室里一片靜寂，幾乎所有人都在默背著課文，準(zhǔn)備比賽。聽說跟我比的是個學(xué)霸，這更令人不寒而栗！

　　第一場開始了，我們班因?yàn)槌榈氖堑谝唤M，有8個同學(xué)需第一輪上臺。“加油，加油…”同學(xué)們都一起在為他們打氣。打頭陣的是周同學(xué)，他看上去也有些緊張，三聲準(zhǔn)備倒數(shù)聲響起，每個人都為他祈禱。“請第一輪選手回到最后。”響起一片掌聲，他們都對了！一切正常進(jìn)行。突然主持人的聲音響起：“請5號選手下臺”。我們都緊張了，緊張的原因并不是怪他，是怕他責(zé)任心太重，放不下這件事。安慰了一陣子后，他重振旗鼓，為接下來的同學(xué)打氣。慶幸的是接下來沒有人淘汰，還取得了一個不錯的成績。

　　第一場結(jié)束，即將開始第二場。站在外面，我就有些緊張了，子越、鈺涵好似讀懂了我的微表情。“放心吧！錯了沒有人會怪你的，加油！”“你們也一樣”。打頭陣的是令祺同學(xué)。我們前三個人雖沒搶到，到梓欣的那刻搶到了。她開始沒有答對，有點(diǎn)可惜，但她手速真的快，還搶到了一輪，并且還答對了！“哎呀，你手速真快”。我們都夸她。我們還有艾同學(xué)、曾同學(xué)、潤杰同學(xué)，手速都十分快，每個人都搶答對了，這輪加了不少分。只有我四輪都沒有搶到。那刻，真想找個地縫鉆進(jìn)去。還是鈺涵安慰道：“沒頭系，我和你一樣，你看我倆都沒搶到！”

　　第二場結(jié)束了，難度最大的一場即將開始，我們班派的是高同學(xué)和鈺涵。“加油，別緊張，你們是最棒的！”。聽余老師說，他們倆都十分緊張，在外面不停背課文。也許是想為班級榮譽(yù)而戰(zhàn)，也許是不想拖班級后腿，在上臺的那刻，很明顯全身都在發(fā)抖。“3，2，1，開始！”第一輪抽到第一課，高同學(xué)先打頭陣。很顯然，他的狀態(tài)比彩排好。發(fā)音到位，吐詞清晰，堪稱完美！鈺涵抽到了最難的'第五課，她絲毫不畏懼，一路過關(guān)斬將。兩人都取得了個不錯的成績。

　　最激動人心的時刻到了。評委們要作出最后裁決，大家一起呼喊：“六班第一，六班第一！”幾分鐘的等待似乎很久，終于，主持人宣布：“請大家保持安靜，現(xiàn)在公布最后獲獎名次。三等獎……”由于緊張，前面幾名我都沒有聽到初一（6）班。“咦，子越，我們班是第幾名？”“好像是一等獎吧。”“是嗎？那么……”“yeah！”全班的歡呼聲頓時響起，全場的掌聲似乎也是在為我們班喝彩。場上氣氛一下子活躍了起來。

　　這是一次非常難忘的經(jīng)歷。如果有下一次，我還會爭取參加。我相信初一（6）班還可以再創(chuàng)佳績。為了下一次，我更加要努力把英語學(xué)好！
