My name is Pan Mengdi. When you walk into class two of grade five, you first see: a little boy sitting in the middle of the 5 groups - medium size, a pair of bright eyes, a round doll face, and a big smile. That's me, 11 years old this year. My favorite hobby is to practice playing table tennis, as long as I have time to play a dozen, or the hands will itchy, in the school table tennis competition, I also have to win the prize!
I like drawing, and I won the first prize in the "farmyard" which I painted. What I like to do is not impossible. I want to be a little painter. I am working hard to realize this dream.

英語測試對于提高教學質量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調動學生的學習積極性，使學生在今后的測試中不斷發揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況
高質量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結教學經驗，分析學生學習情況以改進教學，提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講，能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。
有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則：
一、評講的內容和細節必須由學生實情決定。學生才是課堂的主體，教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞，學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據學生的情況和特點來進行。對于學生普遍存在的難點，應該仔細分析，詳細評講。對于個別學生存在的難題，可以個別輔導，個別評講。
二、評講必須結合試卷特點。盡管都是英語測試，但不同階段，不同時間的測試試卷是有其自身的特點的。教師應該在認真分析和研究試卷的基礎上評講試卷，切不可千篇一律的對待各種英語試卷。試卷的評講步驟和時間長度都要根據試題的.難度來定，當然必須結合學生實際。對于不同類別的試卷應該有不同的評講方式，對于試卷中的不同題型也應該用不同的方法。
三、評講時必須給予學生必要的反饋和消化的時間。英語課堂的師生互動性很強，即使是評講試卷也應如此。評講時切不可讓老師一個人唱獨角戲，其間必須穿插必要的互動和反饋。尤其在評講典型錯題時，有必要先讓學生自述答題思路，然后由老師根據學生的錯誤根源進行講解，最后讓學生再讀題目和正確的解答依據。學生始終是受教育的主體，教師切勿包辦一切。
簡而言之，評講試卷必須結合試卷的特點和學生的實際情況，切不可草率行事。 怎樣才能有效的評講英語試卷呢?
第一、認真了解和初步分析試卷。在評講前，教師有必要用自己教給學生的方法親自把試卷做一遍，以便確定試題的檢測范圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過程中可以預測學生的難點，也可以根據學生所學內容，看看哪些題目超出了學生的學習范圍。當然，也可以檢閱試卷的不足，以便今后選擇并合理利用英語試卷。
第二、認真統計學生成績。在批閱完學生試卷后，認真統計學生的成績是很有必要的。統計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統計出平均成績后，可以參照其他班的情況分析，確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低，就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴重，教學的難度就越大。在排列學生成績時，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分數，并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數。在評講試題時，要特別注意中位段的學生的反映和效果。
第三、根據學生的成績和分析情況，再次分析試卷，并做好學生的錯誤統計。在分析學生成績后，及時的看學生答題的錯誤率，從中找出學生的典型錯題。錯誤率較高的題目，就是要評講的重點部位。這部分題目，既是學生應該關注的，也是教師應該詳細評講的。在統計錯誤率后，教師應該耐心的查閱典型錯題，分析學生答錯的原因，反思自己教學上的不足。對于，教師很難作分析的題目，要及時與學生進行交流，然后再確定學生做錯的根源。 第四、認真耐心的評講試卷。在試卷發給學生之后，教師可以安排學生自主討論和簡單分析自己的試卷。教師最好要提示學生如何討論和分析。例如，要求學生發現自己的錯題，并盡力分析出錯題的知識類別：是賓語從句還是動詞不定式，還是動名詞或是其他的。
在學生分析錯誤類別后，可讓學生互相討論解答的方法或依據等，讓學生達到初步了解解答出錯的根源，并試著改正自己的錯誤。對于學生猜對的題目，也要要求學生誠實地標出來，一并作為錯題對待，設法杜絕學生答題的僥幸心理。在學生討論分析試卷后，教師就可以開始評講試卷了。對于學生錯誤率較高的試題，教師必須詳細的評講。評講時不光要書寫答題的根據，還要多舉相關的例子，最終要讓學生能正確解答這些題和相似的試題。對于錯誤率較低的試題，蜻蜓點水般的評講就可以了。當然，這部分錯題的分析可以讓成績優秀的學生來完成。既可以從分發揮優生的能力，又能給其他學生提供鮮活的榜樣。最后，就要解答學生的疑問了。
在評講試題時，教師最好不要全部評講，而是留一些小的疑問給學生。這樣便于引導學生學會提問和思考。在教師評講了主要錯題之后，可以讓學生之間互相討論，讓他們嘗試相互探討相互學習。在討論和研究的過程中，激發學生學習的激情，啟發他們思考和解決問題。在學生提出疑問后及時有針對性地給予解答，并隨時肯定學生的質疑能力和探討精神。
第五、師生認真翔實地做好總結。在師生互動地評講完試卷后，教師和學生都有必要進行各自的總結。學生需要總結初自己在知識和能力上的薄弱環節，并寫好錯題集。在學生收集錯題時，教師應要求他們寫明解題的正確依據。英語教師也有自己的總結。要總結學生的薄弱環節，要總結自己評講時出現的不足(范圍過大，語言不清楚，講解欠通俗等)。教師也要收集學生的典型錯題。以便今后檢測時插入以往的錯題，讓學生鞏固和彌補以前的不足。
